Telesales Executives (jobcode - ALTE)

The role:
  • You will be generating leads & developing pipeline telephonically in the SME sector, advising clients of new products and handling queries relating to the services.   
  • You would be fixing up appointments for the field business development executives and following up and documenting the entire sales process.   
  • You will also be responsible for direct revenue generation in some cities (operating from Mumbai).   
  • You will be utilising your excellent communication skills and naturally persuasive manner to influence the clients choices with regards to the right product for their needs.

The role:
  • Assisting Product Manager in all aspects relating to Ad inventory like setting up on line advertising campaigns, monitoring them and making recommendations to sales and publishing teams.   
  • Co-ordinating with Sales team and advertisers for resolving all technical or traffic related campaign issues.   
  • Assit in compilation, analysis and delivery of statistical reports to clients and sales team.
