Job Description:

  • Provide 1st  Line Support, supporting Enterprise Sales representatives
  • Support typically takes the form of investigating and resolving problems, managing cases, availability and performance of the CRM systems
  • Own the day-to-day case and request management processes for CRM (Salesforce.com), ensuring that all cases and requests are acknowledged and using escalation management whenever appropriate
  • Deal with calls & a high volume of e-mails, provide a high level of support and ensure complete details of customer interactions and workarounds are recorded and tracked
  • Investigating and resolving service requests and problems.

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT solutions and CRM systems (favorite Salesforce or at least Siebel SAP or alternatives ) is a huge advantage
