Balwant Jain, the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, is a rank holder Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary. He brings with him a rich experience of over 23 years. He ran his own consultancy practice for 21 years as a Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining apnaloan he was a general manager with Reliance Retail in their internal audit and compliance department where he was instrumental in setting up outsourcing framework in place for the Company. Mr. Jain has been advising the clients on Corporate Taxation and Individual Taxation in the sphere of planning and Compliance. Besides this he has been advising his clients on various legal compliances including company law, services tax, VAT during his tenure of consultancy practice.

Naresh Daga - Head - Sales & Marketing

Naresh Daga, Head Sales & Marketing is responsible for Product Development & Alliances along with overall sales and marketing activities of the organization. Prior to joining apnaloan, he worked with Times of India Group in their response department for three years. He also worked for International Media Representation Company Media Scope where he was credited for setting up their domestic market operation by launching Custom Media.
