ICICI Lombard General Insurance introduced a new claim service initiative in its motor insurance business. The service, called Red Carpet, is for customers insuring 50 vehicles. This service will mean less stringent spot surveys during claims if the ICICI Lombard surveyor does not turn up at the spot within 6 hours. The customer will now be able to file for full claims without any deduction.
