Overview
The illness/claim should be reported to the insurer with an immediate notice by telephone or in writing (email/letter).
You need to submit the completed claim form providing information such as personal details and details regarding the illnesses. Some documents will also need to be submitted.
In case the claim is determined to be admissible a pay order and discharge voucher is sent to your address as mentioned in the policy document.
