Aegon Religare Life Insurance Company Limited is a joint venture between AEGON, a life insurance and pension group, and Religare, an Indian integrated financial services group.

The company started its pan-India multi-channel operations in July, 2008 with 30 branches in India. It offers policy servicing on the phone via the Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) by issuing the customer a telephone pin (T-PIN) for authentication. It was the first company to include the customer's medical report in the policy kit.
