Honda cuts prices of City, Civic

Honda reduces prices of its sedans by up to Rs 5000

At a time when auto industry has been reeling under increasing input costs and last month Maruti Suzuki India hiked prices by up to Rs 18,000, Honda Siel Cars India is cutting rates of its sedans by up to Rs. 5,000.

The rate cut is on account of reduction in central sales tax. The Company has reduced prices of City and Civic.

City is priced between Rs. 6.80 lakh and Rs. 8.65 lakh, after the rate cut City will be cheaper by Rs. 3,000.

The cost of Civic is between Rs. 10.91 lakh and Rs.12.41 lakh now Civic will be cheaper by Rs. 5,000.
