With over 70,000 people visiting MCHI property 2009 exhibition held during April 9-12, 2009. The highlight of the event was that housing finance Institutions (HFIs) received high number of loan enquiries despite much reported slump in the property sector.
As many as 80 plus developers displayed their 1200 projects at the latest edition of Property 2009 exhibition organized by Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI), India's premier association of real estate builders and developers. The exhibition was well-attended affair and when it concluded on Sunday April 11, it seemed all roads led to MMRDA grounds of Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai. The visitors were also reported from neighboring states of Gujarat and Maharashtra as well.
As ever this largest real estate and housing finance exhibition, organized bi-annually by the MCHI, is home to wide ranging property solutions. Property options offered here varied from most demanding Affordable houses, Lifestyle Residential Apartments, Budget Properties, Second homes and commercial properties which ranged from 5 Lacs to 5 Crores. Hence there was something for everyone.

The Apna Paisa stall evinced keen interest amidst visitors due to its attractive display of panels displaying almost all the facets of home loan process. The highlight was the Comparators which attracted visitors in large numbers. Almost all the visitors were delighted, the way solutions were offered by our team to their queries.
