Real estate prices in Hyderabad are spiraling after the upward journey for around three years. The prices in some areas of this city shot up by up to 300 per cent. In the recent times, the realty prices are lowering. The low can be attributed to the low growth rate and the increased cost of taking a home loan.
Also, cost of flats has gone up by almost 50 per cent as the construction costs have risen. Strict rules with reference to the real estate industry has forced many mid-level builders to quit the scene, leading to a freeze on construction activity.
