Date : 17 Aug, 2009 Question Hi,I have one flat which has market value of 35 lak I already have loan against(Loan Against Property) with 16% interest and 18.3k is the EMI right now I want another 6 lak loan against the same flat.So Can I transfer this loan to another bank and take loan with same amount of emi.and another thing is can I avail home loan instead of Loan against property ? which has less EMI and tax benifit. Answer You can explore the option of changing
your LAP lender if you have maintained a good track record of
repayment on the loan. You can
also check the 'Should I switch my loan' calculator to
check whether it makes sense to change the lender. |
