All set for Property 2007

Mumbai: The Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI) Property 2007 exhibition is back, offering property buyers a plethora of properties, home loan options at special rates, especially tailor made to suit every budget.
The MCHI Property 2007 – 10th Real Estate & housing finance exhibition will be held at the Bandra-Kurla Complex, MMRDA Grounds from April 5 to 8, 2007. The exhibition is organised by MCHI and co-organised by LIC housing finance with Principal Partners being HDFC and ICICI Home loans.
Spread over an area of 25,000 sq. metres consisting of three multiple halls, Property 2007 will have leading property developers and housing finance Institutions (HFI) participating from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane and rest of India along with international property developers from the Middle East countries, especially Dubai.
Participants include 100 developers showcasing more than 2000 projects and 15 housing finance companies. Mr Dharmesh Jain, Convenor and Chairman, Exhibitions, MCHI, says, “Our aim in organizing these exhibitions is to bring home seekers in direct contact with developers showcasing their projects so as to eliminate the hassles of going through the process of scouting various projects scattered across the city and suburbs.
