Career Mentor has launched a six-month course to train insurance professionals in 'all aspects of insurance industry' as well as needs of a prospective employer.
This Chennai-based firm set-up by a group of professionals has tie-ups with insurance companies for vacant posts in the industry. The prospective employers will conduct an aptitude test to select suitable candidates. Once selected, the candidate will receive a conditional offer letter. The formal appointment letter is conditional upon the candidates.
This course is expected to ease the man-power crunch being faced by the growing insurance industry.
Career Mentor, a franchisee of the British Academy for English Language also plans to launch courses in personality development, communication skills and spoken English.
This course, similar to an on-job training, will begin in Chennai on February 1, 2008.
