Meccanica Verghera (MV) Agusta is looking at launching its bikes in India. The company is currently looking out for an importer. The bikes are expected to come with a price tag of Rs 13 lakh- Rs 22 lakh.

MV Agusta will follow auto makers such as Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, KTM, Harley-Davidson and Triumph, to make an entry in India with a range of superbikes.

Kinetic Motors is likely to be the importer.

The company plans launch the Cagiva, a 125cc model, as the entry level bike in the market.
