www.apnapaisa.com is a website registered in the name of and being operated by Andromeda Sales and Distribution Private Limited, a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 158, Dani Corporate Park, CST Road, Kalina, Santacruz (East), Mumbai – 400098.

The term “User”, “Client”, or “You” or any other variant of the said pronoun shall refer to the user who is browsing this Site. 

The term “Company” shall refer to the concerned company Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt. Ltd. and/or its affiliates/subsidiary companies.

The Company has in place, reasonable measures to protect and safeguard the information provided by the User on its interface in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its allied Rules and Regulations. However, the User indemnifies the Company from any kind of liability in case of any loss of data / information belonging to the User, resulting from an event, which could not have been prevented by the exercise of prudence on the part of the Company.

3. THE COMPANY’S PRINCIPLES TO PROTECT PRIVACY

In order to protect your privacy, the Company has adopted the following principles:  

A.Security 

Your account information is password protected for your privacy and security.

Wherever your Personal Information may be held within the Company, the Company intends to take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure. B.Choice

6. Option To Grant and Deny The Consent Concerning User Personal Data

7. Deletion Of User Personal Data

The User may choose to delete his account at any point of time by making such choice by emailing us on care@andromeda.in. With this, Company will no longer provide user data for external processing as mentioned above. However, in all cases company retain user’s Personal Data as long as the purpose for its usage exists, after which the same is disposed off by company except for any record retention required as per applicable law. The provisions of various laws require user transaction logs to be stored for longer periods post the deletion of an account. Further, in the event of the pendency of any legal / regulatory proceeding or receipt of any legal and / or regulatory direction to that effect, Company may be required by the law of the land to retain user Personal Data for longer periods.
